I had such a good time at the 2015 Crossfit Regionals! It definitely got me pumped for the Games in July.
I also got to meet Andrea Ager and talk with my good friend, Jenn Jones.
Congratulations to everyone that competed. You guys worked hard and inspire me to do the same.

10/10 – Overhead Squat @45lbs and Pull Ups
-If completed in the 3 min mark:
12/12 OHS and PUs
14/14 OHS and PUs
Etc until you can’t completed the rounds in 3 min
I got 198 reps! (10 more pullups and I would have been in the 18s)
Noah Ohlsen came to Crossfit Central this weekend to do the 15.2 WOD. So happy that I got the chance to meet him and cheer him on!
Before he started he wrote, in chalk at his station, his goal, which was 400 reps. And he ended up topping his goal and got 413 reps!!! His determination to meet his goal inspires me to do the same.

My new goal is to Handstand Walk the whole Crossfit Central gym.
My commitment is to practice handstand walks everyday. And I am planning on reaching my goal by October 17!
